Terms of Service

ShowcaseMy turns the information you provide (such as a resume, a LinkedIn PDF export, and details you type in) into a portfolio web page hosted at showcasemy.bio/yourname. You review and edit everything before it is published. We do not verify the truth of what you put on your portfolio; accuracy is your responsibility.

Every portfolio starts as a free demo. A free demo shows a "Made with ShowcaseMy" badge and pauses 7 days after it is created. A one time payment (currently ₹799 for India or $15 international, shown clearly before you pay) unlocks the portfolio permanently: the badge is removed, the link stays live, and you can keep editing it. The unlock is a single payment, not a subscription, and it applies to one portfolio.

You own the content you put on your portfolio. You give us the permission we need to host, display, and back it up so your page works. Do not publish anything you do not have the right to publish, anything unlawful, or anything that impersonates another person. We may remove content or portfolios that break these terms or the law.

Do not use ShowcaseMy to spam, mislead visitors, collect other people's data without their consent, attack the service, or attempt to access accounts or portfolios that are not yours. Usernames are first come, first served; we may reclaim names that impersonate a person or brand.

Payments are processed by Stripe and Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees or US Dollars depending on your location, and the final amount is always displayed before you confirm payment. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

We work to keep ShowcaseMy online and your portfolio reachable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve, change, or retire features; if a change removes a paid benefit, we will give reasonable notice and, where we cannot provide it, a refund for the affected unlock.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with ShowcaseMy is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

You may stop using ShowcaseMy and delete your portfolio at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. Paid unlocks tied to a suspended account are handled under the Refund Policy.
